Purchase or renew a septic system maintenance contract with Two Sons Environmental Services today. You'll have peace of mind knowing your system stays operating as it should and help prevent costly repairs down the road, per county requirements your system needs to be inspected depending on your county 3 or 4 times a year unless you have a commercial septic system and we have to follow the guidelines the county has for that system, You can contact your county environmental office for those guidelines and regulations you are required to follow for your county.

Maintenance Contract
Maintenance contracts are required by Texas Health Code 366.0515. Maintenance is necessary to ensure that a unit properly treats the wastewater before applying it to the surface. If an aerobic system malfunctions, it can pose an immediate health hazard and must be fixed immediately.
At Two Sons Environmental Services, we are totally committed to providing our customers with the absolute best maintenance available. We offer commercial and residential maintenance contracts with options from basic plans to extended protection plans. We are a registered and licensed company, and we work in various counties and are familiar with the different requirements each county may have.

Required Sampling Per County Including:
BOD/TSS
Chlorine

Check effluent quality: color turbidity, sludge buildup, scum overflow, laboratory analysis, odor
Inspect aerator, distribution field, air filter, and alarm panel.
*If chlorine is required, keeping chlorine in the disinfecting chamber will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
*Any service calls other than scheduled visits will be subject to a service charge.

Inspect aerator, distribution field, air filter, and alarm panel.
*If chlorine is required during inspection visits, we will add the necessary chlorine (bleach/tablets) to the system for a good chlorine residual report.
*No service call charges.
